G-MOSS Shipping Policy

At G-MOSS, we carefully prepare each order to ensure freshness, quality, and safe delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
• Orders placed Thursday–Sunday ship during the next available shipping window (Monday–Wednesday).
• We do not ship on federal holidays.
• Shipping time begins after your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

G-MOSS ships within the United States and internationally. International shipping may be subject to customs, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers selected by G-MOSS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

G-MOSS Gels (Perishable Products)

G-MOSS Gels are perishable products. All sales of G-MOSS Gels are final once shipped. G-MOSS is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. G-MOSS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a G-MOSS Gel or other item arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled:
    1.    Take clear photos of the damaged item(s).
    2.    Contact G-MOSS customer support within 48 hours of delivery at info@gmosstheroyalsuperfood.com with your order number and photos.
    3.    Replacement or store credit may be issued at G-MOSS’ discretion.

Lost Packages:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. G-MOSS is not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
