G-MOSS Return Policy

Perishable Products (G-MOSS Gels, etc.)
All sales of G-MOSS perishable products are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Merchandise
Non-perishable items like apparel, accessories, and other merch can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@gmosstheroyalsuperfood.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours by email at info@gmosstheroyalsuperfood.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, G-MOSS will provide a replacement or store credit.
